These groups are intended to be a welcoming and safe environment where parents + caregivers can interact with their baby, each other + a physiotherapist trained in the facilitation of gross motor development. During each 4 week class- the group will be led through a variety of play positions & activities to promote the development of their upcoming gross motor skills. Education and discussion surrounding motor skill development and baby equipment relevant to their developmental stage will also take place during each class. Each class will for allow for plenty of time for questions + interaction. It is my goal that you leave each class feeling connected and empowered with strategies and information to support your baby's well development.

Please note: While questions about your baby's motor skill development will be welcomed and encouraged during each group- individualized assessment will not be provided within the group format.
